Portabuild's modular buildings are well-insulated, built on galvanised steel bases and power-ready. We even add a layer of 60 mm poly-insulation under the water sealed floors. Our portable units come in a variety of layouts with lots of customisable options. The popular sizes for our re-locatable buildings are 3.6m x 2.4 m and 6.0m x 2.9m, but we can build up to a 12.0m x 5.8m unit with many sizes in between.
