The OffsiteNZ Good Offsite Guide - a compilation of regulatory perspectives on building consenting was launched at COLAB18. It is the first step in industry-led 'clarification and consistency' that OffsiteNZ Members are seeking when dealing with Building Consent Authorities in processing building consents for offsite construction.
