HouseMe Launches New 52sqm Premium Transportable Home

HouseMe has released its latest and most comprehensive product to date - a 52sqm Premium

transportable home, now available nationwide for $149,000 incl. GST.

Launched at Fieldays 2025, the model was introduced in response to increasing demand for higher-spec, full-sized layouts at attainable price points. While launching a new product at a major event always carries risk, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, especially from the rural sector, where HouseMe has maintained a strong presence and solid customer base over the years.

The model’s success was immediate. In both June and July, the 52sqm Premium became HouseMe’s most sold unit across New Zealand.
