The OffsiteNZ Incorporated AGM 2022 will be held on Wednesday 29 June 2022, 11:00-11:30 am using a virtual meeting platform.  The AGM is open and free to all Members - please register here. We hope to see you there!

Election of OffsiteNZ Board Members

The OffsiteNZ Board currently consists of eight (8) Board Members on a two-year term. We are now seeking nominations for Board Member positions from Financial Members. Nominations must be received by OffsiteNZ no later than Friday 3 June 2019. All nominations must be:

a. submitted in writing (using the form accompanying this memorandum);

b. submitted by a Financial Member of OffsiteNZ; and

c. contain a short biography of the candidate.

On Friday 10 June 2022, OffsiteNZ will send all Financial Members of OffsiteNZ copies of the nominations received and ballot papers (if there are more nominations than available positions). Ballot papers are to be received at OffsiteNZ by Friday 24 June 2022.

If no written nominations are received, and places are available, then nominations from Financial Members shall be accepted by the OffsiteNZ Board at the AGM.

Member Remits

Any remit (for proposed Rule changes etc.) that a Financial Member of OffsiteNZ wishes to submit to the AGM must be forwarded to OffsiteNZ as soon as possible.
