RM Designs collaborate intensely with the same team of other professional consultants, the nominated head contractor and key manufacturers from early stages to deliver holistically. 

Value engineering is addressed during each design phase, this limiting changes once the detailed phase begins. This early engagement model has proved successful time and time again in delivering on time and budget. The client centric studio is Christchurch based but has worked throughout New Zealand. 

The focus has been in light commercial with a keen interest in tourism and leisure and has extended to multi-unit residential.

Bernie directs the company which is led by Rachel, Laura and Jodie. In this manner, our architecture is never conceived by a single mind. No one of us, is as smart as all of us.
